What is your opinion of the hot wife phenomenon?

I read a lot online about it, married men who want other men with their wives, i can't tell if a lot of it is just wack off stories for horny online people or if this is more widespread than i would think, i would like to think its just an extreme fringe thing and that couples don't disrespect their marriages like this, you can't really blame a single guy for getting some but the couple must love more than they love each other i think.
