Sorry no, your cpu won't fit in the new motherboard! That motherboard is designed for the I3,I5, and I7s. If you look it is a socket LGA1155 and your cpu is LGA775. =*( Time to upgrade your cpu too! Everything else should work as long as your RAM is DD3.
