How much engine oil should my 2003 Yamaha Blaster hold?

Seeing as how it's a 2-stroke, just make sure there's oil in the autolube tank. Having said that, the oil tank holds 1.3 liters of 2-stroke oil and the gearbox holds 650ml. of 10w30 oil.
