After staining concrete around pool, then clear-coating, it dried hazey-white. Why?

Concrete was stained with 2 coats. Overnight dry time on each coat. Then a layer of Beyr concrete satin clear coat was put on with a thin roller, overnight dry time. Now, a few days later, it is still a hazy-white and you can see every roller stroke on the pool deck. It even seems to have changed the color of the stain, or the hazing could make it seem that way. But what do I do now? It cannot be left like this. It was all latex -based Beyr products. Can I put another coat of the stain over this mess to get my color back and get rid of that hazed-white the clear coat left behind? Please!! It looks like crap!
