Does this sound like an OK eating routine if i'm trying to stay slim..?

Sounds pretty good. Don't skip meals. That slows your metabolism down and makes you store calories. It can also cause overeating later on. Just keep getting your 5-9 fruits and veggies and at least 25 grams of fiber a day. And watch your mercury from eating the fish. Tuna is especially high.
