Hello, is an HIV RNA PCR negative a conclusive result? It was done 2 months after possible infection?

Our HIV testing technology has changed, which a lot of people don't know. Now HIV can be detected in 6 weeks, not 6 months. If your tests are coming out negative, you're in the clear. :)
