It may hurt but you should pull back and give him some space. Me and my boyfriend of three years have gone thru this a few times and we call this staggey the "rubber band affect" (cheesy I know). Here's how it works: Your bf is obviously pulling away from you and talking to him dosen't seem to be working right now so you should try "pulling away" from him by going back to your home as you did and wait on his call/ text/ anything that shows he is missing you. When you pull back while he is pulling back the "rubber band affect" bounces him back to you. (pull two ends of a rubberband and it comes back together get it?) Now this only works if he trully cares/loves and wants to seriously be with you or else you both will keep pulling and the "band" will break. I would say the time away may take about a week or two (it may seem like forever, trust me I know) but the relationship will be calm and you will be able to tell him how you fell without a arguement. In this time try hanging with friends and family to get your mind off of missing him. Plus dont talk bad about him. If you family/friend ask questions about him missing in action just say "I rather not talk about it at the moment i just want to enjoy your company and i will talk about him to you when i am ready". If your guy dont call/text/ show his face in a 2 week time he is probaly not your guy. This is when you have to step up ask to talk to him about the relationship and maybe even break it off. Remeber you are young and don't have to wait too long on someone who don't want to be with you any longer. HIS LOST NOT YOURS! The "rubberband affect" only works if love is there! I don't feel comfortable with it because it is putting your belief in the future in something other than God's love. Why worry about the future when Jesus preached about letting today care for itself? What need is there for it? Even if it were from God, as you claim,who's to say it in interpretted correctly? It's giving power of your destiny over to another human instead of trusting in God which is why I avoid it.

I would read Of Mice and Men because it is the easiest to read and understand of the 5 books you listed. There might be shorter ones, but you'll have to read them a lot slower.
